$6.65 million or $0.43/share, compared to $7.29 million
or $0.44 per share in the year-ago 1st quarter ... Sales
for the quarter decreased to $77.45 million from $80.07
million in the prior-year quarter. ... Looking ahead for
fiscal 2009, the company projects consolidated net sales
to be between $390 million and $400 million. Earnings
per share for 2009 are estimated to be between $1.80 and
$1.85, compared with $1.85 for the full year of 2008.
Analysts currently expect earnings of $1.85 per share on
revenues of $431.88 million for fiscal 2009.
