Tripharma LLC v. Solstice International Partners, dba Mandura, et al

On February 17th, we posted that Tripharma had filed a $450 million dollar patent infringement lawsuit against Max International.

Evidently, they followed that suit shortly with another similar suit against new MLM company Mandura.  These are the bare bones facts per

Lawsuits like this make it so bad for the industry. Looks to me TriPharma is struggling and trying to make a fast buck. There are so many good companies out there and every time this happens it makes the industry look bad.
