Neways and SISEL Settle Dispute

Neways International and SISEL International jointly announced today that the 2 companies and and certain of their respective affiliates and distributors have entered into a global, confidential settlement agreement that resolves multiple litigation cases and disputes between them, including a case filed by Neways in federal court in Utah in May of 2007. No party has admitted wrongdoing as part of this settlement.
