Survey gauges satisfaction of electric retailers … Green Mountain Energy took top spot on the survey with score of 716 out of 1,000.  Stream Energy was second with 687, and … Stream doesn’t do mass market advertising but relies on multilevel marketing in which existing customers seek out new ones …
