… an important lawsuit that may help determine “who owns who” in the world of multilevel marketing …

Univera leaders Marshall Douglas and Joe Land, are former distributors of Univera who have joined together in a lawsuit alleging the company has bullied its associates with threats of litigation and economic ruin if their sales networks move to a competitor … poor management decisions destroyed what had been a  promising business opportunity … associates had previously built thriving networks with Amway. Univera aggressively recruited Land and others from Amway, along with key members of or their entire MLM networks, which is precisely the behavior it now criticizes.

Univera this company has ruined the matol km line. Run by idiots that are self serving and screww the long time back bone DISTRIBUTORS NOT ASSOCIATES!!!!!!! they use a lot of ingrediants that are not healthy in there own line of products. looks like they must have bought 1 million truck loads of aloe in korea its in everything they make which does nothing as far as health benifits. And there funny too! in this manner their products are suppose to do everything when you talk about them but join the company and try and push them and they don’t do anything they won’t let you publish print or even have a website to promote anything in order to make what there claiming work!!!!!
