CNI/Cal Nutrasciences recently merged with Xyngular out of Utah. However, CNI has not been paying Commission checks to distributors owed money dating back to December and January

definitely something that sounds too good to be true, but in this rare case don’t let that stop you. Get to a demo of the actual product if you can. I have personally experienced it, as I am a personal friend of the master distributor and it is nothing short of stunning.

Has anyone heard of Vodaplex- Sounds like they are not a MLM but are structured as an affiliate program. You do need to sell to individuals before you get compensated, but as you recuit more people in your team, you do get bonuses for what they sell. Sounds MLM with a mask, but we are seriously looking into it.
Dont do it. I worked for Vodaplex for a year and their owner is an alcoholic and they have a pending class action lawsuit for not paying people.
I ran across this conversation while searching the web. I’ve been a part of Vodaplex for over a year now and have never missed a paycheck. Of course, for a company that was less than a year old at the time you were involved, there may have been some bumps in the road & growing pains. Since then, Vodaplex has evolved into a premier business platform operating in the consumer, b2b and enterprise spaces. Vodaplex is aligned with billion tech companies and pays 93% of all gross sales out to the field. The rep who makes the sale, makes the biggest % of the sale, not upline such as in traditional MLM’s. Why is Vodaplex not a MLM? B/c you can develop a 5-6 figure income off of your personal efforts marketing tech solutions that every consumer, business, and enterprise uses w/o a downline. Elect to build a team and yoru income rises. I recommend taking a 2nd look at the Vodaplex program before completely dismissing the idea.
I am a active Sr. Territory Manager with Vodaplex. I was there in the beggining and am there now. Indeed there were several issues in the begining of the companies campaign. I have never missed a single paycheck and I made over $1200.00 my very first 2/12 months ( which I would be more than happy to confirm with anyone whom is interested), important to remember the overhead is only $19.99 a month, so that is probably more profit than most people in a MLM will ever see. I do however know of a handfull of people who complained about not receiving there pay, Top knotch leaders in fact and within my team. However most of those issues were related to how those individuals or team members either entered there information or how the companies they were selling products for (I want mention the name, lets make that perfectly CLEAR) was stealing sales already made by the reps and not paying Vodaplex so that they may pay the Reps. All which with a lot of patience eventually ironed itself out. The companies involved in that were let go of.. As for the owner being a drunk… I know Todd Spencer personally via Vodaplex. He worked directly with me and my team during the whole time that these rumors were being floated about him disappearing an being checked into rehabb. Funny, how could that be true when he was with me and other members of my team in NewYork, Baltimore, D.C and Va and California. Having dinner, hosting events and starting up whole downlines for people in my direct presence. I know the rumor mill and the people whom started it. But Right is right and wrong is wrong, besides all that. Look at the company now, just a year later. Still going strong, products and carrier contracts tripled. Bigger than ever. STILL ONLY OVERHEAD FOR REPS IS $19.99per month and still pays out up to 93% of the gross sale on anything sold to the field. If you did nothing all year but bought yourself 2 of the products from a Vendor Vodaplex represents which we all use, you would still be making a profit as your total cost to be in Vodaplex for the year is but $240.00.. I live in Plano Texas and attended a meeting for Artfestdirect.com and the Presenter was Adam Gilmer whom used to own Travelogia after a Google Check . He is in Charge and has teamed up with the CEO Eddie Vakser. I would suggest checking and make a safe decision moving forward.
Checked out the Boresha coffee with attorney general. They were not listed as a legal business in the my state.

I would like to leave you a comment about “Qnet” (http://qnet.net/) which used to be known as “QuestNet”.
A network marketing company that has been there since 1998. They just celebtared their 11th aniversery.
As far as I know, Qnet is legal. It has spread to many different countries (over 200 country) globally. I have posted the link of the company so that any interested can check for them selves.
Still, kindly, I need your update about the status of this company.

I heard bad talking about Qnet from many people, it sells overpriced products that is exclusively sold by “Qnet” like watches 700$-1900$ brand “bernhard H. Mayer” i searched over the internet there is no such thing as this brand only in the sites belongs to Qnet, also they sell energy products which you can wear or hold it with you, which as “Qnet” claim regain the energy for you body, increase the oxygen level in your blood, reduce electromagnetic waves your body absorb from cell phones and electric cables and also makes the water in better quality these energy products cost about 600$ , they sell also gold with a price for gram 18k=150$ !!!!
well i have never met anyone who bought these products as Retail, they buy it just for sign up to the company as a distributer which is against FTC rules and network market regulations that any N.M company must at least have 50% retail base, but off course no one will pay such alot of money for worthless products as in “Qnet”, in addition it has been shut in many countries like india, syria,afghanistan and others, it is not listed in any official list for Network market companies.
My opinion that “Qnet” , “Quest”, “Gold quest LTD” or whatever it’s name(it changed it’s name so manytimes with no reason!!) is not the best choice.
I am a Qnet member. You are right that Qnet products prices are more than 500$, But it almost worth it. You did not mention also that there is a great compensation plan. From each direct selling you take 8% from the total price. And each 6 persons joined your team, you will get 250$ USD. So Roughly, if every month only one person buy through you, you will get back your money in less than a year. Not only that, In the second year you can just set at your home watching TV and others will do what you did the year before and you will get 250$ every time 6 people join under your team. So, just imagine how much you will get in a couple of years, an infinity loop. You will have also a virtual office so you can run your stuff while at home. Besides they have an amazing customer support service 24/24 hours. People are easily trust it and join because Qnet has working for about 13 years till today.

there are 5 key areas that most mlm’s have a flaw in.Sad to say I was in quixstar/Amway and then Melealuca and had no success in them.I’m now part of the Eiro community and so fare I can not find a flaw.Tell me if I’m wrong

I’m from Germany and would appreciate to get some information about the MLM market place in the States. What I’d like to find out in particular is whether anyone knows of a company out in your market who offers gold bars as a MLM product. A German company, going worldwide, who has just opened up a couple of months ago claims to be the only MLM company in the world to offer such a product.
I’ve learned to be sceptical towards such statements and I just did some research and that’s when I found this site and I thought instead of going through the hundreds of links here on the site I rather post the question to the MLM community in the US.

It is possible to get TIME, MONEY, SECURITY, Secure Income Source for my future,etc…

I just (10/21/11) got their “It’s Your Turn” booklet and am considering joining them. If you have been involved for 20 months, what do you think of it? It sounds very good, which makes me suspicious.

We indian/asians are always negative in one way or the other and as far as trust is considered we are very poor, network marketing have and is still changing million of lives.What my point is here in delhi or mumbai 70 percent of population are underpaid as the fiscal deficit of salary and our bill are increasing .this is the right time to do something to improve our live standard and network markting is something that we can do with our jobs tostart with. More over there are few serious companies who give you a maximum output you need to reserch on that…..I did my reserach and i have decresed my fiscal deficit….in any case any one want advice can leave his phone (india only)
I just signed up for Advocare as a distributor and wanted to find out if this was a good choice. I have personally been on some of their products going on two years with no complaints. My concern is that they have been out their for a while. Any comments would be appreciated.
I opened realestatemlm.biz in 2003 with the intention of gathering leads for four categories of MLM. At the time there were some companies I made some money with as did others. The testimonies are all real, but they are all old. The Real Estate business took a dive and was filled with scam artists and the MLM side of the business deteriorated to the point that I could not find one single network marketing opportunity in any of the categories I could recommend with a good conscience. I never charged to join the site and stopped promoting it in 2007 but still get hits and sign ups to this day. I don’t respond so it does no harm but I am curious as to whether any network marketing programs in any of these categories are worth promoting so that I can make it worth their time. Let me know if there is anything you are aware of that isn’t a farce. Please no people selling seminars for thousands. That doesn’t count. If it’s not ethical i won’t promote it. Understood?
