We are making final preparations to launch our iPhone application later this month, followed soon thereafter by mobile apps for Symbian, Blackberry, Android and Windows Mobile. This push into Mobile VOiP will open up a global market expected to reach 3 billion customer within the next decade. In fact, there are nearly 50 million smart phones in the USA alone and hundreds of millions around the globe. Best of all, our unique tunneling technology makes the VOiParty GoParty Mobile application the only viable solution for smart phone users in more than 20 different countries. Talk about a captive audience for all of us to create recurring monthly revenues. These Applications will be products featured on your personal websites’ newly created shopping cart. Here you will have access to products and services from Marketing Tools to Retail products and more. We anticipate that this section will continuously grow and expand as we roll out new and exciting products and services.

In addition to all of this, we are completing the web interface for the telephony features of your VOiParty device. This same interface will be used by retail customers who purchase VOiParty GoParty Mobile Applications and international calling plan minutes. There you will be able to access all of your telephone features and see our incredible wholesale international calling rates.

Finally, we have saved the best for last…

In our efforts to build the network as quickly as possible, we are presently developing an Enterprise version of the VOiParty Connection Device. This device will allow businesses to take advantage of the same benefits enjoyed by VOiParty members, but on a much larger scale. Although final details are not available as of yet, you can anticipate that commissions and monthly residuals will be many times that of the current Residential version of the VOiParty Connection Device. Every device sold will represent 20 members in your downline, allowing us to quickly achieve desired density in specific target areas. I have been referring new members to our network. I have had 2 more members that I brought in over the last 4 days. There were almost 500 sign ups between them.

I want to be very clear here. We are building a network of 1.3 million users/devices. No one should buy a device and join our network if you are not committed to refer more people to the network. You would not qualify to join us. On the other side, no one should buy more than 1 device, unless you are buying it for someone else.

If you are a business professional and want to become involved with us, and make some great income, you must commit to helping us build our network by referring new members to us.

VoiParty, Inc. will be paying out $50 million to $60 million a month to it’s members and the amount you will receive will be in proportion to the amount of new members you were responsible for bringing in.

Don’t buy a device unless you are willing to put in some work and spread the word. My personal goal is to bring 18 people in, and I hope they all do the same until the network is full. “The second dedicated phone line plugs directly into the VoiParty box”

Would anyone care to expand on how much this extra dedicated phone line is costing them per month?

Here are a few posts from my site of people saying how much this is costing them

“Well, I am a voiparty vip member and we pay around $29 per month (taxes and fees included) for our dedicated landline, unlimited local calling only.”

“My new dedicated line cost me $49.95 per month (Verizon)”

So people are paying $30-$50 per month to run a box which will only generate $40 per month? Never mind if you are making more, your ONE box is only making $40 per month just like everyone else.

I would also consider the no monthly fees advertised by Voiparty a lie since you may not be paying them to Voiparty but you will incur monthly fees to be plugged in.

People are making money on the boxes. We are live, and calls are terminating. However, there are 20,000 members right now in the network and about half of those boxes are not plugged in or not done correctly, do not have their dedicated phone line set up yet, etc. There is a video in your family members back office that shows how to install it with different options. It shouldn’t take more than about 5 minutes to hook it up.

I have a Linksys 4 port router that I use. I went from the modem to that router. Then from 1 port in the router, to the Voiparty phone box. The second dedicated phone line plugs directly into the VoiParty box. In a different port of the Linksys router I have my computer hooked there. You can also plug a phone into the VoiParty Boxes other port to call and receive free local and long dsitance calls with the Phone number VoiParty assigned your family member.

So these people get “free” long distance why not go with the other dozen voip companies that offer this exact or better service at a cheaper price.

Soo the basic point are.

-Some people will make thousands per month.
-66.6% will always have ZERO network and get nothing from the current comp plan
-those 66.6% according to their full video http://corporate.voiparty.com/opportunity2.php will need a second phone line with unlimited local minutes to plug into.
-This only costs $287 plus their service or membership charge of $30 per year.
-Those 66.6% will have to pay the above charges but get basic voip service which includes long distance”
- Other companies offer that same voip service at a cheaper price as in $40 and $20 per year. This is the alternative to those 66.6%. It’s not free long distance its just cheaper then tradition phone lines but more expensive then the competition.
- These 66.6% and probably the group with only one level under them for a total of about 80% of the “party” have “promises” of second phases to make them all rich to as the currently comp plan doesn’t benefit them.
-Their website traffic has declined by over 20% in the last 3 months. This indicates their monthly sign ups is decreasing.

Voiparty promoters will continue to flog about the great income “opportunities” and saying its risk free and there is nothing to lose like every other new MLM that jumps into the market.

I looked at their comp plan beyond “you sign up a few people and make money and get “free” long distance there is no risk!” and broke down their comp plan accounting how every dollar would be distributed according to their expected revenues to all their members according to their comp plan.

but..
Please if thinking of signing up save your money. If you want voip service you can easily find a cheaper alternative.

I will entertain your idea that the person at the bottom, the 1,300,000th person will have 0 people in their network. Let’s pretend there are no more phases coming out to generate revenue (retail phone, internet service and iTV, or international when the global network is complete) either.

This person buys a VoiParty gateway. $0 coming in. Now most people pay around $20-$30 for unlimited long distance through their home phone plans. They can now drop this, saving the $20-$30 a month. They can place unlimited long distance calls through their VoiParty router forever. This saves them $240-$360 a year. See, after one year they are ahead compared to the cost of the box. They never loose any money.
Also, VoiParty, Inc. will be launching an app for smart phones as well for free long distance. This will allow cell phone users to drop the long distance/roaming package from their plan and have a stripped down local calling plan with free LD from the app on their cell phone.

I know you will try and knit pick this apart as well, but the bottom line is, a member will never loose money by joining our network. That actually is the worst case scenario, free LD and they can drop that part of their calling plan, saving money and recouping the cost of the box.
