I do believe that no one should be a slave of another company, especially if they are changing their comp plan to pay IBO's less money. If you pay to join a company its like franchising, however if the new franchiser is not having any success with the company he/she should be able to leave to higher grounds and take their client base with them. We were recently at the Las Vegas Showcase Event and were very impressed with the owners, management and everyone we met. We are extremely proud to be a part of Max!! At that time, I left because every time the compensation plan was changed, it was to give the reps less money. In fact, I swore at that time never to work a nutrition company again. I kept that promise to myself until I learned about Max gxl and immediately joined (which was a bit of a shock to me). I have only been a member for three weeks and I am very happy. The application that I signed had me agree that I had not been a Melaleuca rep recently. In my opinion, I believe that only I can decide whether I should join a business, not Melaleuca or any other mlm business. I do not understand how a court can decide that for me. I would think that some of the former Melaleuca reps could bring a lawsuit against the courts. Kit
