Hi every body,
I used to have big problems with stream energy customer service complaints,but am getting in better mind now. Here’s a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great methods and useful information tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before…there’s even lots of free articles on the site…

Buyer Beware!! Read the Policies and Procedures! and I mean it. When a company tells you they have the right to change the Policies and Procedures anytime they want to, and that they are supposed to post any changes in their back office or notify you of it, and never do it you have a problem. If you choose to resign, they will sue you if you approach any Ignite Associate to join you in any other program even if it doesn’t compete with them and even if you have been out of your non-compete agreement and non-solicitation clauses for the year required, they can still sue you for what they call “tortuous interference” because you are approaching someone who is in a contract with them. The sad thing is 99.8 % of the people do NOT read the contract and the Policies and Procedures. They think they own you. Out over 250,000 associates not the top 15 make the $8,000 stated in the comp plan. Some of those top people that are receiving Mercedes do NOT make not even $3,500 in residual income. You are better off selling Mary Kay or Avon. At least they mean what they say.

Harold if you’re interested in an income opportunity of ANY size you should look at North American Power. Hi Randy,

Are you sure you want me to post this for you? It probably is the most ignorant post I have ever approved.

You would do well to learn the difference between ponzi schemes, illegal pyramid schemes, legal MLMs that have bad business models, and legal MLMs that have great, moral, and well conceived business models before posting on other MLM sites, at least if you care about making a positive difference.

I am an Ignite independent associate and a Stream Energy customer. I have been happy with the service and the business opportunity so far. It has been good to help people reduce their monthly expenses. Last month, I helped a pastor at a small church sign up and he should be saving over $500 this year based upon his historical utilization.

Sign up and get first 2 billing cycles for. 399 promo is a scam.
First bill was for 8 days, and counted as the. 399 rate.
Tried hard to convince customer service that was unfair, and we would have waited 8 more days to sign up if we had known that. They could not do anything to fix my second full bill to. 399, or credit me, or give me 2 FULL cycles at. 399. They did nothing to make me a happy customer.
Closing account with stream as they obviously do not care.

I just saw the website of Ignite Inc. and it seems quite promising. I believe that in most companies that are in the expansion phase – there will be a lot of growing pains, companies that can handle the growing pains will eventually become large and successful companies. I think customers and or potential representatives should consider this opportunity, since MLM/Network marketing is started to achieve a modicum of credibility. I personally have not been successful (yet) in MLM, but I have made millions in Real Estate Investing. I have not written off MLM as a method of creating passive income – the questions is I don’t know how (not yet at least), like anything there is a learning curve – and it requires some skill development and of course – you have got to put it the work.

By far the worse energy company I have delt with! They are very rude they raise ur price with out telling you while you are still under contract. You can never get any one on the phone. When you finally get to talk to someone you cant undertsand anything they are saying. You owe it to your self to look for a better provider then STREAM…

This is one of the most difficult companies I’ve ever worked with in my life. I’ve been on hold for over two hours only to be hung up on more than twice. The bills do not always arrive and trying to get one e mailed is next to impossible. I can’t believe a company with such bad service can stay in business. Maybe it’s just me but I’ll gladly pay more for better service.

Since deregulation is becoming more widespread, people have questions and are open to hearing about the company. You don’t have to be an energy genius to help people find the right energy company for them. The pertinent information is easy too learn. Ignite makes the process easy and customer support for both customers and associates really helps you learn about the product you are selling.
