The company was formed under the name HumaScan, Inc. in 1994 and changed its name to Cell Tech International Incorporated in 1999.  Then, in 2005, they began doing business as Simplexity Health.

Product line: Natural alternatives for health, nutrition, and personal care, approximately 60 products in three categories: Nutritional Supplements and Foods, Skin and Hair Care, and Animal and Plant Foods.

Nutritional Supplements and Foods category includes naturally harvested and processed form of Aphanizomenon flos-aqua, which is branded as Super Blue Green Algae (SBGA). This category also offers other nutritional supplements, including digestive enzymes, probiotics, nutrients, nutritional drinks, including liquid versions of SBGA for vision support or WGP Beta Glucan for immune system support.

Skin and Hair Care category offers primarily skin care products, ranging from basic bath and body care to spa and salon quality.

Animal and Plant Foods category offers a soil amendment called PLANeT Food, and a series of animal supplements for cats, dogs, horses, and other small animals
