Welcome to Day 1 of the 7 Days, 7 Insider Secrets, MLM The Whole Truth Seminar

The Greatest Kind of Income Defined &
The Uncensored Truth About Who Gets it!

Okay, I am so glad you are here.

My goal in the next 7 days is to give you more valuable information for free than you thought anyone would ever do.  There is more here than you may even imagine.  Some of the best is toward the very last.  I urge you to stick with us.  I know the pressures of life have most of us so busy we sometimes don’t even have time to blow our noses.  But one of the secrets of the very successful is that they learn to always find time for the important things.  This education in these 7 days of material may literally make (or save) you a fortune.  Don’t miss a word.

I thought of introducing myself better, but you will get to know me quickly anyway.  This is all about information that you vitally need.

If you don’t agree by the end of today’s material (or any other time), just use the “Not interested in hearing from us anymore?” link at the bottom of any email from me, you will be instantly removed, but we will part friends.

So let’s dive right in…

the dangling carrotThe very first thing that anyone wants to do when going on a trip is to decide where they want to go.  Here’s why so many have been enticed into a Multilevel Marketing or, perhaps better named, Network Marketing venture; this is the enticement, the dangling carrot, the pot at the end of the rainbow:

Reliable, Long-term, Leveraged, Residual Income

That kind of residual income would, of course, be incredible to have. It was my goal when I joined my first MLM venture. The motivator for me? At age 42, I woke up to the harsh reality that I had not saved a dime for retirement. I’m a little embarrassed to admit that to you. But the truth is, I am not alone. That is clearly the case for the majority of Americans today. So, unless I started doing things very differently, I realized the second half of my life was not going to unfold the way I wanted it to. Our “golden years” would turn out to be tarnished copper years instead!

So while some people would be happy just making a little extra spending money per month, most people who join an MLM or Network Marketing company do so for the much larger promise – to build an income stream that can last a lifetime, and beyond, in more precise terms, a Reliable, Long-term, Leveraged, Residual Income.

If we look at each word in the above goal, I think we can more fully appreciate how extremely valuable this kind of income is.

Reliable – In the past, the idea was that if you went to work for a good company, you could build a lifelong career and ultimately retire with a comfortable pension.

Unfortunately, that is not the way things work anymore. To think so is simply naive. How many times have you heard that a company “laid off” many of their older workers right before their retirement would kick in? It seems ruthless, but it happens nonetheless.

Nowadays most people don’t even work at the same company for their entire career. Even if they did, pension plans all over the country are failing.

Of the companies in the S&P 500, 327 sponsor pension plans. However, it would be foolhardy to stake your future on receiving what you are owed. At the end of 2003, 297 of the 327 plans were underfunded, and the total underfunding amount was $222 billion. – FRBSF (Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco)

Has the situation since 2003 gotten any better?
A picture is worth a thousand words! See the shockingly dramatic chart for 2009 deficits at:

The fact is, pension plans are not going to be there for us, neither is much in the way of Social Security.

Further, it is estimated that 97% of people at age 65 do not have enough discretionary income to write a $600 check, and only 3% of Americans are solidly, financially secure in retirement!

So, clearly, whether large or small, “reliable” income after retirement would be an extremely valuable kind of income to have.  In fact “reliable” income would be fantastic whether you are retired or not!

Long-Term – When it comes to time, everything is relative. What is long to one person may be short to someone else. I got into MLM to fund the second half of my life. For me, long-term means 40 years or more. So the term here is important in that most MLM companies that promise long-term leveraged income are not “long-term” at all. They are “out-of-business” sometimes in as little as 6 months, most within 5 years, almost all within 10 years.

Leveraged – This quotation makes a very good point:

“I’d rather have 1% of 100 people’s efforts than 100% of my own efforts” – John Paul Getty

Leverage is a valuable concept to understand and use. People that understand how to leverage either time, or money, or both, are generally the only ones to make great fortunes. For most average people, since we have no great money to leverage, we have just the one option remaining, leveraging time. This leveraging is done by capitalizing on the time and efforts of other people. The idea of being an employer, however, has never had much appeal to me. But to work together with others and profit when I am able to help them profit, that is the most beautiful, ethical, win/win concept I have ever heard. A properly designed multi-level compensation plan can do that.

But the question is, “Can that kind of relationship be established so that it is always win/win?” Not “win/lose” like so many of the MLM structures have ended up? Absolutely.  (Included with our special report / course*, you can view one of the best multimedia presentations ever made on this subject.)

Residual – The idea behind residual income is that you can get paid again, and again, and again, for work that you did one time, in the past! It is working smarter. Best selling authors and songwriters enjoy such income, sometimes even for long terms. So do many in the insurance industry.

I love the “in the past” part of that definition best because it means that your “present” is now freed up to do something else. It could be to build a larger business to create more residual income. It could be to spend more time with your family. It could be doing charity work or educational work, traveling the world, creating beautiful things, etc., etc., etc.

Before you are finished with this 7 Days Series, you will have at least 7 of the Insider MLM Secrets, that I struggled to learn over ten+ long years of focused effort, relentless study, and persistent action.

You will also know the most important basics to help you determine if what you are doing now, or what you are looking at doing now can possibly be your key to…

Reliable, Long-Term, Leveraged, Residual Income Producing,
Network Marketing Opportunity

THAT, is obviously an extremely desirable and valuable kind of income.

It is also very rare.

How Rare?

This is where things get dicey.

I will tell you a terribly true story…  on Day 2 tomorrow.

Hi Lou,

When I heard you mention mlmthetruth.com in your Day 1 video, I went to it and it is now taken down and up for sale. Propaganda never lasts forever.

Cheers and thanks for the info!

Ah – if only it were true. The URL for it has a hyphen in it . . . MLM-the…..
I don’t want to actually create the link to give any more “link juice” to his site and inept, incomplete, and uninformed analysis.
