SISEL International jointly announced today that the 2 companies
and and certain of their respective affiliates and distributors
have entered into a global, confidential settlement agreement that
resolves multiple litigation cases and disputes between them,
including a case filed by Neways in federal court in Utah in May
of 2007. No party has admitted wrongdoing as part of this
settlement.

Agel filed a lawsuit against Randy and Tara Schroeder
alleging that they had violated various state and
federal laws. In the temporary restraining order
hearing, the Court ruled that Agel had established that
there was a substantial likelihood of success on the
merits that Schroeder may have used email addresses and
names protected by Agel's agreement. [The Schroeders
